Volume and Vibes  Policies

At Volume & Vibes, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute you  enter the  doors to the moment you  leave the chair. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

​

48 hours for color and treatment services

72 hours for any extension services

24 hours for haircuts

If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment I may have to reschedule your service and a fee will incur.

Within One calendar year:

First color/treatment cancellation without proper notice = 50% of service

First haircut cancellation without proper notice = 50% of service

Second color/treatment cancellation = 100% of service

Second and all haircut cancellations moving forward = 100% service fee

Third and all color/treatment cancellations moving forward = 100% service fee and may not be able to book moving forward.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through contacting the salon  at (602) 975-1299 or emailing me at volumenvibes@gmail.com.

 

If you need to let us know you are running late, please call the salon  and leave a voicemail.



Cancellations and rescheduling can be done through email ( volumenvibes@gmail.com)  & Calling into the salon. Ple

 

 

Chemical & Specialty Service

All specialized and chemical services ( I.e. extensions, bridal, keratin treatments) will be required to have a card on file to book new appointments.  Card(s) will be kept safely and securely. The card will only be charged if/ when a cancellation policy has been violated or the customer has given permission to charge for future appoinments/services.
